Coronet Sidechair

An ebonised and parcel gilt side chair, the turned and carved overscrolled top rail centred by a gilt and painted pierced splat in the form of two interlacing ovals within another oval, above a caned seat with a silk cushion embroidered with a coronet. The original Regency, circa 1815.
